Are you in a rut in the gym? Tired of the same old classes and treadmill workouts? Here are four new fitness classes to switch up your routine.

Indoor Surfing

It’s no surprise that surfing is a fabulous workout- just check out a surfer’s body. Indoor surfing classes deliver the same great benefits without the water.

Karaoke Cycling

Belt out your favorite Spice Girls, Britney Spears and Beyoncé songs from your spinning bike. Lyrics are projected in front of the class to sing a long. Don’t be shy, singing burns even more calories per session.

Pound Fit

Pound is a full-body workout, centered around drumming. A cardio jam session combines Pilates, isometric movements and poses to burn between 600 and 900 calories. Rock out to the sound of music while raising your heart rate and burning fat.

Indoor Trampoline Parks

Trampoline classes combine cardio, plyometrics and strength for a workout that can torch serious calories. Not only is it fun, it’s challenging, too. This low-impact exercise is easy on the joints and knees but will having you feeling like a kid again.
